An interview from the Ginimbi accident has it that, Ginimbi was driving at a top speed on a single lane whilst attempting to overtake 3 cars.

The driver in the Honda Fit who had a head-on collision but survived narrated that the accident was a result of Ginimbi attempting to overtake three cars at a time with a top speed.
