Elderly actor Kanayo O. Kanayo has advised young Nigerians not to partake in money rituals as a quick way to get rich.

The talented actor portrayed a variety of roles in Nollywood films throughout the course of his career, which helped to shape his reputation as a ritualist. He had always been that desperate person who would sacrifice anyone, even people, to become wealthy.

Speaking on the subject of “Rituals, Riches, and Realities: The Myths of Money-Making and the Dignity of Labor,” he emphasized that there is no connection whatsoever between wealth and offering sacrifices of humankind during a recent talk on Ikenga Online’s virtual Town Hall Meeting scheduled for November 2023.
